A Lesson in Dapperness: 5 Questions with Game Day CEO, Demetri Damascus

Game Day produces high-quality skincare for active men. The brand was launched in 2013 by Demetri Damascus (on the left in the photo above) and his father, Dr. Kerry Demascus, who has over 20 years of experience and expertise in the field of anti-aging and facial aesthetics.

Learn more about Game Day and its high-performance skincare products from Demetri below.

1. Tell us about the story behind Game Day. What motivated you to start the business?

Demetri: We produced Game Day because there was just simply nothing on the market for active men. Due to this we created what we call "High-Performance Skincare" where we offer men the highest quality, anti-aging, toxin free formulas in a masculine package.

Our products hydrate the skin to eliminate and reverse signs of aging yet can be used every day without causing burning or breakouts! All of our products are made in the U.S.A.

2. What's your philosophy on the ingredients you use in your products?

Demetri: We only use the highest quality, natural, paraben-free, cruelty-free, GMO-free, toxin-free ingredients in the Game Day line. We use Pear Cactus Extract, which hydrates the skin to help eliminate, prevent and reverse fine lines and wrinkles. We also use Alpine Willowherb Extract which helps regulate your skin’s oil production to prevent and eliminate breakouts.

Only the highest quality ingredients go into Game Day.

3. So let's say a potential customer is looking around for higher-quality grooming products than the stuff he can get at the grocery store. What are the main reasons why he should try out Game Day products over other products that are out on the market?

Demetri: All of our products our blended in the U.S.A. from the finest natural, paraben-free, cruelty-free, GMO-free and toxin-free ingredients. Much of the mass-produced, drug store products are filled with toxins to extend their shelf-life. These toxins can build up in your body and can potentially lead to testicular cancer, prostate cancer and a number of other diseases.

Additionally many contain alcohol and skin drying ingredients that can lead to premature aging. Everyone should really be using toxin free skincare.

4. If you could give just one grooming tip to our readers, what would it be?

Demetri: Use an anti-aging, SPF moisturizer every day twice a day. The surgeon general has spoken, and skin cancer is on the rise.

Additionally preventing aging is quite easy with just a few simple steps every day. By using a skin-hydrating moisturizer daily, you will be locking in the moisture that helps prevent fine lines and wrinkles from forming. The SPF boost will help protect against aging due to sun damage. In just a few seconds each day, you can take simple steps to prevent both wrinkles and sun damage so START NOW!

5. How can our readers learn more about Game Day?

Demetri: Follow us across our social media platforms (including our favorite, Instagram!) at @GameDayMens. On Facebook we are listed as Game Day: Skincare fo the Active Man. Also check out our website and sign up for our mailing list at GameDayMens.com!
